Your attendance is hereby invited to the 2nd meeting in the preparation for the

CSMPHS 7^th Grand Alumni Homecoming, May 09-10, 2011.

Please be reminded that the said meeting will be on April 13, (Saturday), 1:00PM at the CSMPHS Plaza (near flagpole). The following matters will be discussed:

• v  Final Program of Activities during the Homecoming.
• v  Assigned Committee in Coronation Rites.
• v  Registration Fee and T-shirt Printing Fee.
• v  Other Matters .
